Children's Ministries
Children are important to God! He has great love for them and their families. He listens carefully to their prayers and encourages their hearts. He guides them gently by His grace.
Monroe Alliance Church desires to treat children in the same way. We aim to encourage and train children in their knowledge of God and faith in Christ, knowing that from their lips come His highest praises as their hearts draw close to Him. Children will be considered an important part of our church family.
Also important is your child's safety. Here at MAC, we are involved in a program called Safe Place that requires all of our children's volunteers to go through a screening process that serves to help protect your children and our volunteers.
Nursery
Nursery: (children newborn to age 2)
Our nursery, staffed by loving volunteers, will provide a safe and nurturing environment for the youngest in our church family during our services. Your child’s first impression of church will be enhanced with a sense of security, safety, and love. Special, loving attention will be given to each child or parent who uses this nursery, as we, in this way, share the love of Christ with them.
Nursery is provided during the Sunday Morning Worship!
Discovery Kids
Discovery Kids: (children age 3 [potty-trained] - kindergarten)
Welcome aboard the Steadfast, a deep-sea rescue submarine. Join Captain Sandbar and his loyal first mate, Major Reefrash as they journey to the deepest parts of the ocean. Their mission: to rescue a stranded garbage submarine, the Scumscrubber. Join the mission and see how God wants us to live by studying passages from the book of James.

Currently the Discovery Kids & Kingdom Explorers are meeting together and then divide into small groups!
Every Sunday, Discovery Kids will be held during the entire Sunday morning service from 10:45 - 12:00.
